Kambo Ceremony

Kambo, known as the “vaccine of the forest,” is a potent natural antibiotic and anesthetic derived from frog secretion. It empowers the immune system, purges toxins, and aids emotional release. Kichwa people value its purgative and immunity-boosting properties. Kambo acts as a natural vaccination, deeply cleansing the body and addressing emotional blocks. It often alleviates physical issues like migraines, chronic diseases, and stress. The frog’s immunity is so strong that predators release it when bitten, symbolizing its fearless spirit. Kambo’s consciousness and spirit are potent, curing fears and providing strength. Like Ayahuasca, Kambo cleanses body, mind, and soul, enhancing the healing journey in ceremonies. A typical Kambo ceremony session lasts between 40 to 55 minutes and is tailored to the individual. It is advisable to undertake the Kambo frog medicine the day prior to a ceremony. By sending your deposit and registering for a program, you are accepting the following Liability Agreement: I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the program referenced above. In so doing, I acknowledge that I may be subjecting myself to dangers and hazards that could result in illness, injury, or death. I also acknowledge that there are inherent risks and dangers that may arise at any time during the trip and program. In addition, I am specifically familiar with and accept the risks of the dangers and hazards referred to in the trip and program information on this website. I am aware that certain medical services or facilities might not be available while I am participating in the program. In consideration of my being permitted to participate in the program, I agree to assume all risks of illness, injury or death and agree not to sue and to release from liability and indemnify Sacha Wasi, their owners, agents, employees, contractors, and other persons or entities involved with this program, from all actions, claims or demands for injury, loss or damage, regardless of the cause, resulting from my participation in the program. I understand that Sacha Wasi may contract with independent contractors to provide services on this program, including transportation, travel services, and guide services. I understand and acknowledge that Sacha Wasi has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the actions of any independent contractors involved in providing any services on this program. I agree that Quito, Ecuador will be the forum for the resolution of any dispute related to my participation in this program. The terms of this agreement shall serve as a release and assumption of risk binding on my heirs, executor, administrator, and all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me. I have familiarized myself with all information provided to me about this program, and I agree to all stated conditions set forth in the Reservation & Payment Information, specifically including any information outlining my responsibilities and obligations as a program member. I grant Sacha Wasi the absolute right to copyright, reuse, publish and republish by any medium, including in print, electronically, or by any other means, any photos or likenesses of me or in which I may be included, that may be taken while participating in the program. I agree to pay for the cost of any evacuation or medical care. I have carefully read this agreement and have been provided with adequate time and opportunity to discuss and review the same with duly qualified counsel. I understand that it is a release of liability and a contract between me and Sacha Wasi and/or its contracted tour operators or affiliated organizations, and I sign this agreement of my own free will. If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, all other parts shall be given full force and effect. NOTE: The Sacha Wasi Retreat management must reserve the right to change, re-route, postpone, or cancel a program based on weather and client conditions, for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the client, group, guide, staff, and for any other reason or reasons. Unless there is a specific complaint for leaving a program early that management deems legitimate, refunds are not given to anyone deciding to leave a program early for their own personal reasons.
