Terms and Conditions Any activity can be dangerous and there is an element of risk, both inherent in the activity and from hazards natural and man-made, which you are accepting by participating in this program. You alone assume responsibility for your own safety and equipment and must be both physically and mentally prepared and equipped with the appropriate gear. Only you can judge your skills relative to any and all conditions found in the jungle (on the trail or water) and any possible risk associated with the treatment or training gained in our programs. You alone decide when, where and how to proceed, or not. Please read carefully. By sending your deposit and registering for a program, you are accepting the following Liability Agreement: I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the program referenced above. In so doing, I acknowledge that I may be subjecting myself to dangers and hazards that could result in illness, injury, or death. I also acknowledge that there are inherent risks and dangers that may arise at any time during the trip and program. In addition, I am specifically familiar with and accept the risks of the dangers and hazards referred to in the trip and program information on this website. I am aware that certain medical services or facilities might not be available while I am participating in the program. In consideration of my being permitted to participate in the program, I agree to assume all risks of illness, injury or death and agree not to sue and to release from liability and indemnify Sacha Wasi, their owners, agents, employees, contractors, and other persons or entities involved with this program, from all actions, claims or demands for injury, loss or damage, regardless of the cause, resulting from my participation in the program. I understand that Sacha Wasi may contract with independent contractors to provide services on this program, including transportation, travel services, and guide services. I understand and acknowledge that Sacha Wasi has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the actions of any independent contractors involved in providing any services on this program. I agree that Quito, Ecuador will be the forum for the resolution of any dispute related to my participation in this program. The terms of this agreement shall serve as a release and assumption of risk binding on my heirs, executor, administrator, and all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me. I have familiarized myself with all information provided to me about this program, and I agree to all stated conditions set forth in the Reservation & Payment Information, specifically including any information outlining my responsibilities and obligations as a program member. I grant Sacha Wasi the absolute right to copyright, reuse, publish and republish by any medium, including in print, electronically, or by any other means, any photos or likenesses of me or in which I may be included, that may be taken while participating in the program. I agree to pay for the cost of any evacuation or medical care. I have carefully read this agreement and have been provided with adequate time and opportunity to discuss and review the same with duly qualified counsel. I understand that it is a release of liability and a contract between me and Sacha Wasi and/or its contracted tour operators or affiliated organizations, and I sign this agreement of my own free will. If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, all other parts shall be given full force and effect. NOTE: The Sacha Wasi Retreat management must reserve the right to change, re-route, postpone, or cancel a program based on weather and client conditions, for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the client, group, guide, staff, and for any other reason or reasons. Unless there is a specific complaint for leaving a program early that management deems legitimate, refunds are not given to anyone deciding to leave a program early for their own personal reasons.
Payments do not include the cost of plant medicines. *	I understand that payments made through Retreat Guru do not include the cost of: plant medicine, psychedelics or similar products. There will be no additional charges for this retreat.Supplementary Products Exclusion: Participants acknowledge and agree that these Fees presented and payable pertain solely to Services and Offerings, and will not include the cost of any plant-medicines or similar products (collectively, "Supplementary Products") which may be provided, offered, or distributed by a Commercial User, or any other party, in connection with Services or Offerings. Retreat Guru shall bear no responsibility or liability in connection with any provision, offering, or distribution of Supplementary Products, and is not a party thereto. All capitalized terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as assigned to them in Retreat Guru's Terms of Service.
